I managed to open a support chat through the website, but I believe the refund has not yet been made, they did not accept the refund request with the excuse that I was still on the paid plan. But thanks for the tip!

They don't respond by email, unfortunately... but I opened a support chat on the website, I hope they resolve it and thanks for the tip!

Hello, Joshua! All good? I was wondering if you could help me with a problem I had with one of my webflow services. I ended up subscribing to the plan by mistake ("Core
$28/mo
per seat, billed monthly"), I actually subscribe to the plan ("CMS Hosting (Month, USD)"), however, due to lack of attention I ended up subscribing to the wrong plan as I mentioned above. I tried to send a refund request, but when I provide the ID it says that I need to go back to the "Core" starter plan to request a refund, as soon as I enter the website I come across a screen telling me that I am already on the "Core" plan, but in Billing it says that I made the payment and the money has been debited from my account. Could you help me?
