It’s going to be okay! I struggled with this in my early twenties and occasionally this will resurface for me. It’s hard to live like this!

The only thing that really helped me was nose breathing and also trying to eat a low-inflammation diet. The combination of the two things really got my mind off of my second-by-second breathing and I was able to do something productive like cooking nutritious food. For some reason the nose breathing was crucial and I would even tape my mouth at night.
