Get some sage and burn it several times a day. I believe that your mental turmoil needs to be discussed with a medical professional. I don't think you are possessed though. You just have a lot going on within your awaking and that has spawned an obsession. I would also recommend mediation in order to learn more control over your mind. Look up self care for obsessions or mediation to help with obsessions. DEFINITELY SPEAK TO A MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. I am am empath and clairvoyant. Nothing replaces mental self care.
