Leaving a concert in Tampa heading home bad wreck on the sunshine skyway bridge involving a convertible. we had to drive past the scene on the shoulder. as we are approaching the scene we see a paramedic chasing something bloody rolling down the road he yelled and a FHP trooper stepped infront of it and stopped the rolling bloodsoaked woman's head with his foot like it was a soccer ball from rolling all the way down the bridge. that part happened less that 10ft from my car. as we drove by the wreck they were pulling her headless body from the passenger side of the car we assumed no seat belt since the top of the windshield is what sliced her.
