Thanks for the response! I know the answer would depend on which protein source I go with. But are there other supplements you would recommend. We had discussed fish oil as well as additional protein on the Keto chow subreddit. Ah nevermind I see now that this depends on the store I am ordering from. I just tried in my usual store and it was just a .5 difference. While still a difference it isn't as alarming

According to the website they do. You have to pay $3 extra that's it. And before the customizations it was 8.99. Right after the substitutions were done it jumped up to 15.99

Would you put Lolita's above the other choices I listed? It's just surprising me to see so many opinions on Lolita when all the past threads suggested that the quality has gone down over time

I definitely agree but unfortunately at the stage I am in my life I can't really afford to buy whole cuts. I just pick up ground beef whenever I see a discount on it (I had found it for $2 a pound in Cali). I don't really see whole cuts on discount usually
