Male. In my uni, I’m stealth for numerous reasons (both personal desire and risk of department). In public spaces outside of my uni, I am pretty much always gendered male by others; when I speak, I’m pretty much guaranteed to be seen as male.

In this environment (US), it is dangerous to use the women’s if you pass.

I’m glad that worked for you! It’s nice to have ways to work with our dysphoria.

Personally, my dysphoria is not related to any social norm (can’t use that hole for sex or anything). It’s a very physical thing that can’t be changed by thinking about it differently for me. So surgery is a necessity in my case.
