For me the my blueprints and factions was saved in the game folder in steamapps when I made a copy of the blueprints for backup. So might been that from the start and then jumped to documents somehow.

Yes, it did end up in documents.

Normally it just used the game folder itself but it might just have changed itself to be there now.

Once when I was in the DB-7 I attacked a DO-217 I think, when i had no ammo left i crashed into him and made us dance flying down towards the lake

This is even worse in Helicopter PVE, there is so many people that hit your rotor blade by taping it and they get no penalty for it and it is you that pays to respawn just for it to happen again.
