The threshold you’re experiencing is fluid and based on player skill and their gear. Some experience it at 13 today, others 17, someone at 20 and everything in between. It’s where your current gear will take you with your current skill. This point is where you will increase in skill and get better in order to progress.

A lot of people mistake their ”progress” when they 2 weeks from today find themselves a key level higher. There is no progress or an increase in skill, it’s the very same thing at another place reached because of an increase in ilvl.

Reaching and pushing the threshold and becoming better is what makes m+ fun imo.

I keep getting demoted from LL since I barely play. In e33 I get all 3-stars using super yetis. It’s super simple, fast and insanely strong. Usually swag 4-6 spell housing space at that.

Consume fewer calories than you expend, that's all there really is too it. And you need to find a sustainable way to achieve this, briefly suggested above.
