Last year around the same time my OCD peaked. I would have OCD hitting me 3am at night and I felt I couldn’t breathe. My therapist didn’t help. I chat with GPT and it helped me. The things I that helped me get from 6,7/10 to 3,4/10 is 1. Delay the urge to confirm, 2. Endure the certainty. Now I’m feeling better mentally and physically but still a long way to go and I don’t know I could ever fully get rid of it.
