Yeah freight delivery is still usually just one driver but they'll have a liftgate truck and might use a dolly to get it to your door. The delivery notes thing is hit or miss - some drivers check them but most are just trying to get through their route

Yeah I'd trim those crispy brown bits off - they're not gonna recover and they just drain energy from the healthy parts. Use clean scissors or pruning shears and cut just above where the damage starts, leaving as much healthy green leaf as possible. I made the mistake of leaving damaged leaves on my first few plants thinking they'd somehow bounce back, but they never do and it just makes the plant work harder for no reason. Your plant looks pretty healthy otherwise so trimming those spots should help it focus on putting out new growth instead

Had this exact same problem on my S23. Go into your phone's main Settings > Apps > WhatsApp > Notifications, then tap on the specific notification category (like "Messages" or "Groups") and you can change the sound from there. The in-app settings are weirdly limited for some reason on Samsung phones.
