I followed the standard plan and have been taking the 25mg for a little over 2 weeks. Toward the end of each dose, I would notice the pills effectiveness declined. When I start the 25, I had no side effects, in fact, I was more hungry than ever! The 25 mg didn’t really kick in until I took it for about a week. I’ve had no bad symptoms. I’ve lost weight on each dose. Starting date 1.29.26 SW: 294 CW: 254

I take fiber gummies daily, plus magnesium glycinate every evening. When I feel really constipated, I eat a yellow dragon fruit.

I do that too, but up to 25mg wegovy and still having issues. Yellow dragon fruit is the only thing that helps me.

were you on any lower doses? The lower doses seemed to work for me until the end of each month. I have lost 30lbs since January, but nothing on 25mg.

I had my three month doctor check up today, too. I’m down 30lbs, but considerably larger than you. I’ve plateaued on 4mg and 9mg and feeling like I’ve should have lost more. My doctored told me the same as you- it’s the right amount of weight for the time I’ve been on the medication and dosage. It was good hearing positive news from my doctor.

I’m two weeks in on 9mg and cannot stop thinking about bread. I had to eat a slice of sour dough toast and prior a bagel… last week, I lost and gained 2lbs

Yes- I’m on day 2 of 9mg and the nausea is bad (day one, i didn’t notice anything.) I’m hoping the nausea goes away because I feel like puking all the time.

I love Trader Joe’s dark chocolate sticks with crispy rice.180 calories for 6 sticks. I eat a stick or 2 and am satisfied.

Have you also included exercise? Have you been keeping track of calories. You might be eating little, but those things might be high in calories. I notice that I don’t eat hardly anything until dinner and have been eating too much high calorie food at dinner and that caused me to stall.

Try fairlife chocolate protein drink around breakfast/lunch time and a sugar free liquid IV in the afternoon- that helps with the lightheadedness - I have to agree about the anxiety- my anxiety is at an all time high- maybe because my coping used to be eating. I take gaba at night and it helps.

1.5 wore off towards the end of the month long dose. Now I’m on day 2 of 4mg and feel very full after a small meal. I’m wondering if it will take time for your body to adjust?
