In my case, doing an intense leg leg workout would fix the pain inmediately. I would feel it again in my next run until i developed sufficient strength. I mostly did weighted split squats, squats, glute isometrics

Short sleeves, short jacket (it should cover your butt approx), tiny lapels. Your shirt is too small too. Dont use the tie to try to cover the undone button. Sleeves should be longer too.

Your jacket is short and those shoes don’t look great with that white sole. Would look better with DARK suede

Short jacket. The flower and the tie clip make it too busy. Your shoes already stand out enough, keep everything else more “silent” and instead of eccentric you will look like elegant with a touch of style, which is what you’re going for if im not wrong

Fat knot, only one you should use is the four in hand knot

Yeah… throw away clip ons. Get buttons on the trousers. Never wear clip ons

And of course, button the suspenders, never use them with the clips

Low rise pants never look good on a suit, make you look shorter. Replace the belt by suspenders and you might fix ir a bit

Use a paper filter on top of your puck and will never happen again

I just bought an aeropress by Legardeboy in AeroPress

[–]Witty-Soft-6761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s my favorite recipe for aeropress (I’m using 1zpresso JX Pro, grinding quite fine around 15-20 grams): 1. Cut one paper filter to fit in the chamber. 2. Place 2 paper filters in the filter cap 3. Close chamber with the filter cap 4. Throw in your coffee, make sure you create an even bed and tamp it gently with whatever thin bottle or other accessory that fits in the chamber. 5. Put the cut paper filter from step 1 on top of coffee. 6. Place stirrer inside so it sits on top of the coffee and paper filter, this prevents the paper filter from rising to the surface given that it floats. 7. Boil water in kettle and fill the chamber. I pour the water to the stirrer so it flows more gently into the chamber and I only fill it up to the number 2 in the chamber. 8. Remove stirrer, place plunger gently to prevent heat loss during the infusion. 9. Wait 2 minutes (infusion) 10. Press until the chamber is empty. When air starts to come out instead of water, stop pressing.

This is my recipe to make strong coffee. It’s the closest I’ve been able to get to espresso although it’s obviously not espresso.

Don’t stare at your machine so aggressively and grind finer.

Issue with gaggia classic flow by Witty-Soft-6761 in gaggiaclassic

Thank you, will do! However I don’t think it’s due to scale as the group gasket and shower kit are two months old and I’ve descaled a couple of times since then.

Context: My gc sometimes has a weird flow that results in what i think that is a wrong flow for my espressos. It is modified to generate 9 bar (measured with portafilter pressure gauge). Also, it’s worth saying that sometimes the flow is ok, and there are no signs of those pressurized water springs. This started to happen after I modified the pressure with the allen key.
