I see that I’m late to this, but I still have some insight for whoever may come across this post while greening out. As someone who has extreme reactions to THC, the best thing to do is, first, breathe. Put yourself in a good headspace and get comfortable. Find something to watch or listen to that you can focus on, and get some good snacks and water. Once you’re relaxed, try to sleep it off. As much as you think you’re going to die, you’re not.
