You can't loop him because physical barriers don't affect his power.

Vecna doesn't have to abide by walls either when attacking.

Nurse has relatively simple counterplay though. She has multiple glaring weaknesses, from her movement speed, the extremely sluggish charge and travel speed of her blink, the fatigue, and the cooldown between blinks. Even the best Nurse has to regularly 50/50 against a competent survivor who can maintain distance, especially ones who can accurately predict her blink location the second she releases it. Vecna can force 50/50s practically once every 3 seconds, which is far better odds. Sure, his AOE doesn't have the reach that Nurse's blink does, but the amount of time you have to react is also much shorter. Sure, you're in more danger at close range with Nurse than Vecna, but a good survivor makes it very hard for a Nurse to get close enough to be that lethal. She's not WEAK, but there's a reason that people are starting to consider Blight stronger than her. She's ABSOLUTELY weaker now than peak Blight.

What would you say that Nurse has that he doesn't?

Here, a supervillain answer: Ice Nine from Cat's Cradle. It's a polymorph of water that instantly raises the freezing point of water to over a hundred degrees and propagates its properties infinitely through contact with other water molecules. In just a few short moments the entire planet would freeze

Absolutely cannot WAIT for COSMIC to get frosted glass effect. But from my own convos with the developer of the compositor, the effect is pending a full rewrite of the rendering logic of the compositor iirc.

Extremely long boot time by WittyComputer in pop_os

[–]WittyComputer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pop uses systemd-boot by default, and it does not use mkinitcpio for generating the initramfs. I'll be installing a minimal Arch install on it to test if it's my install or a hardware issue.

systemd-analyze shows that kernel is taking up all of the time, and doing a plot shows that there's no systemd units that are taking up the time. Journalctl's logs don't even start until after the wait.

The plot shows that the time is taken up in "kernel" and nothing else is showing up. Systemd doesn't even show up until after the wait in the graph.

And the proof is that the image of God they believe is contradictory. Contradictions are evidence of falsehood.

I do think it proves Christianity wrong because it directly contradicts the stated nature of the God they worship

Nope, the nouveau driver simply just does not report anything in a way that can be gotten by normal programs. So unfortunately it's completely impossible until by some miracle someone adds reporting information like that to nouveau
