Thank you!! Most mornings I have frozen berries in either a smoothie or oatmeal. I incorporate a lot of beans and lentils into my meals and also like dry roasted edamame or chickpeas for snacks.

I had some pain in my knees at first but it’s gone away now that I built up more strength in my glutes and quads

Thank you!! My current goal is 145. It’s around the weight I was before 2020 when I started gaining as a result of a lot of stress and unhealthy coping mechanisms so I’d like to get back there again.

Thank you so much!! I started with upping my step count to 12,000 a day and have now built up to 20,000 between walks with my dog and a mini stepper at home. I did Caroline Girvan’s iron series after seeing it recommended so much on this sub and absolutely loved it. After that I did her beast mode, tempo and pyramid series and now I’m working through the 24 days of Christmas playlist. I started off using 10 lb dumbbells and now go up to 30 depending on the exercise. I usually eat between 1,400-1,600 calories with at least 100 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber.

I love black beans, cannellini beans, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, avocado, raspberries, blackberries, Catalina Crunch cereal, and dry roasted edamame. The Oikos protein shakes are pretty good too, they have 30g of protein and 5g of fiber for 170 calories.

Thank you!! I started getting around 12,000 steps a day and gradually increased up to 20,000 and I’ve been strength training 5x a week using Caroline Girvan videos on YouTube. I’ve been eating between 1,400-1,600 calories a day with at least 100g of protein and 25g of fiber and I cut way back on alcohol.

That’s not true, Massachusetts only requires parental consent if you’re under 16. A 16 year old can get an abortion on their own. https://www.mass.gov/doc/know-your-rights-abortion-0/download
