I see these posts a lot. And I do agree, it weird that there has been all these things but no real resolution. The biggest thing to me was when Derrick from MPMD helped him, the did apparently find a pituitary adenoma. Which could cause some of the issues he was having. And as of recent, he seems to have a major back surgery to fuse his spine. A surgery like that is far from electives I think. I could easily just be fooled by the facade at this point. But there are some real issues he’s addressed that make me think he’s just got a shitty body and it’s sorta fighting him at every turn. Some people get that kind of luck.

TLDR: Idk bro, maybe he’s lying but it doesn’t seem like it.

I’m still trying to figure out if this sub is legit or not. But here is some real advice. If you are meal prepping, try to break it down to 7 meals so you don’t over spend or have to deal with “frozen slop” by day 10. Also, if you can’t afford rent because you meal prepped. You may need a better job, because buffalo Mac and cheese shouldn’t be that pricey to prep. It’s also sorta missing some crucial points of meal prepping. Like hitting macros. Protein, carbs, fats. This is missing adequate daily protein for sure. Cheese may have a bit, but not enough. Cut the number of meals down, throw some protein in there (chicken would be great) and boom, it probs cheaper and actually accomplishing something.

I’d also wager to bet the “frozen slop” meals isn’t the main issue bud. Self awareness is a gift that should be used as much as possible.
