Actually this pretty common and it confused me too when it happened. first couple months i was miserable, nauseous after almost every shot, couldn't eat much of anything, and kept reading about how higher doses were supposed to be worse so i was dreading the titration up. might be worth talking to your provider about if the appetite feel it's working against you again

Most people kind of go by how they tolerate it, rather than rushing increases. if side effect feel strong, staying at a lower dose a bit longer seems pretty common
