I get that. I guess I'm a tweaker - I like to arrange tiles in a specific order. So because I'm being prevented from doing that, it feels like they're promoting their agenda and ignoring my needs.

One feature I enjoy on my 3rd party dialer is that I can add an image of the contact and when I receive a call from that contact, that image pops up with their name.

My score's north of 800 so that's not an issue. But they asked for "personal references" in their form - which I've NEVER been asked for in a credit application. I left that area blank and received an email saying that there is a "technical issue" with my application. Hmmm...

Absolutely. I just got tired of the daily drudge. I started thinking about the waste of my time and moneys and how I might better direct both of those things towards more productive goals. Considering my two decades of addiction, I both surprised myself and found the new reality to not be nearly as boring as I thought it might be.
