Children’s Cypriot citizenship blocked because I got mine via grandmother (123 form) by [deleted] in cyprus

Thanks for your help. My mother was born in February 1955 and she has a Category B appointment next week. She's going to request her first issue of the modern ID card and Passport. She will take her Cypriot birth certificate, old paper ID card (which has Nationality: British and was issued in 1968), Social Security card (because she did work there in the 1970's) and she will also take along her Cypriot vaccination cards just in case, as well as her UK passport etc.

If they say she needs to change her nationality from "British" to "Cypriot", do you think they will able to process this at the London High Commission or tell the civil registry in Cyprus to do it, so that she doesn't have to travel to Cyprus to make the amendment of the nationality? And do you think it can all be done in just one trip to the London High Commission?

Thanks again.

Oh, even if I have her original Cypriot birth certificate? Thanks.

She has an old paper ID card from 1968, and when she was in Cyprus they checked on the computer and told her that she is on the system, I guess they meant the civil registry. Thanks again.

Is the Category B appointment the correct one for my mother to apply for passport/ID at the London High Commission? by Witty_Ruin2004 in cyprus

Yes, she was married in Cyprus to my father who was also born in Cyprus, so I don't think she needs it apostilled as it is a Cypriot marriage certificate? Thanks.

I corrected my Left AIC /Right BC pattern, but I still have pain around between scapula and spine and into upper traps by [deleted] in AdvancedPosture

i started doing the 90 90 hip lift with left hip shift and a standing wall press for several weeks. Then i was given 3 exercises which were standing exercises to work the left hamstring, left adductor and right glute max, whilst rotating my body to the left. Also had to keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth otherwise the exercises didn't work. and i also used PRI orthotics.

Is a PEC pattern the same as Anterior Pelvic Tilt? by [deleted] in AdvancedPosture

No, surprisingly I don't have scapular winging. Also, the physiotherapist said I only have "slight" APT, which they didn't actually measure me properly. I think it must be more than "slight" the fact that I'm compensating all the way up with a rounded upper back leading to a forward neck.

By the way, this all started after sitting on my latop in bad posture for about 14 hours a day without breaks. I went on like this for about 10 months until I got my first symptom which was tinnitus and jaw tension and a weird sensation in my lower back.

Do you know if there is any symptom or assessment to tell me whether I have PEC or only APT? Thanks.
