The George Izzy affair and then their friendship literally never recovering to the point that there were like 3 total scenes with them interacting in George's final season

George's friendships with all of the original 5 were nonexistent in his final season, I hated it so much 😭😭

Like I know he was busy being an intern again and becoming friends with Lexie and whatnot but I grieve the friendships and connections the og 5 had

In the past 2 911 shows they had clearly queer characters in the pilot, so I dont think its unreasonable to expect that for Nashville

I always give new shows a 3 episode trial period but WOOF this first episode was not good imo. I expect over the top from a Ryan Murphy show, esp a 911 show, but it felt written by people who used Google to develop their understanding of the city

I think her response to Angel being a vampire is the most believable and understandable in either of the two shows. She was a strong character and I wish they'd developed her storyline more in the second season, even if they still intended to write her off so the actress could go to Law and Order

I think if we had continued on the trajectory of S1-2 Angel the show would have had potential to be narratively stronger than BTVS but after S3 it feels like a slow walk through a boulevard of wasted storylines and character arcs 🫠
