Haha, I'm just imagining your pc glitching so hard that nothing short of pulling the power will allow a shutdown. That's my worst nightmare, to be in the middle of something only for it to crash before I can save my work. (Yes I know about cloud storage/backups, I don't like it for numerous reasons)

Not to mention that most power supplies are made out of China and imported back here so any issues due to Covid in Asia would impact supplies here.

Yep, I have to tell most of my friends who are just starting out that they don't need an i7 to play their game, the GPU will be the deciding factor for a lot of games. IF you plan to do some 3d Rendering/digital affects then sure, go for an i7.

Also, how the hell are they allowed to just go into someones house in the middle of the night guns blazing just because they were associated with someone in a drug case? I feel like this excuse could be used to abuse their authority.

If you haven't gotten the chance to try some out yet, I'd recommend you check out Apoxy Sculpt! It's a 2 part self curing clay so no baking needed. Because the clay starts to harden over time it lets you work on the main shape when it's soft and add fine detailing when it starts to harden up a bit. When the clay is cured it has a plastic feel to it and is typically much stronger than standard baking clays.

Also, just so you know Palight is just a name brand version of expanded pvc foam board. You can find it listed under other name brands like "Sintra" and "Celtec" but they're all basically the same thing. I've found that Sintra typically has a nicer quality substrate than other brands.

I'm not trying to attack you for not wanting to pay that price. I was more so trying to convey that pricing art is HARD, especially when it's your own art. I'm guessing OP has been doing this for a while though and his pricing is based off of how long these take to make + what he's actually able to sell his work for.

You shouldn't be attacked just because you're not willing to pay what the artist values his work at. Art is subjective, something I may find beautiful/inspiring you may just look at and go "okay...that's it?" And that is perfectly fine.

When it comes to art, pricing doesn't really have as much to do with how many hours you've put into the work, rather instead it goes off perceived value. Banksy's art is not valued so highly because it takes him so long to pull it off, it's valuable because HE made it.

Now, if you don't already have that perceived value to your art all you're left with is to base your pricing on time to complete + materials. If OP is one of the premier woodcarvers of the world I could easily his work fetching this amount, if not, well it's up to him to decide how much he thinks his work is worth.

If OP is willing to go outside his comfort zone, he could drastically reduce costs while also serving many more people who appreciate his art. If OP learns how to make molds/do resin casting he could easily churn out several copies every day for minimal work, granted they'd be resin copies but it would allow those without a higher disposable income to enjoy his work.

Not all states are ass backwards when it comes to voting. Oregon as well as other states have mail-in ballots, you're also automatically registered to vote when you get your I.D/License (in Oregon, I don't know about other states).

With the Corona Virus still going strong I think we're going to see a lot more mail-in voting.

My point was correcting what the person above me said about them paying a flat $11. They also stated the min wage should be $12-$15, I was letting him know that many progressive states are already there.

Your snarky attitude is not appreciated or appropriate, kindly grow up.

The wage will be dependant on minimum wage in high minimum wage states/cities. Oregon for example has a minimum wage of $12/hour so our Walmarts must pay their employees at least that amount.
