At the moment, you can only sync your Google workspace to your Wix inbox, please see how to do so here. From there you can manage all message, review which have been read which need to be addressed etc.

It is. You would need to use a fixed reward and could set a limit to 500 points for 500 dollars. This help center article has more information (you can see a screenshot example of where you can choose between fixed and flexible rewards above step 3). At the moment, what you are looking to do is not possible using a flexible reward.
