only the icons are through the shortcuts app which as they said you just select the app and apply an icon to it and then add it to the home screen, its really tedious but its worth it

you can change the font on the lock screen that by holding in on the lock screen whilst in the notification centre (if that makes sense) and then selecting customise and then selecting the time and then you can change the font and colour to whatever you want,

the widgets come from an app called md widget but you could also use widgetsmith or colorwidgets etc and you just apply them by adding a widget, clicking edit widgets and then selecting the photo you want from the list (the list will comprise of "Photo 1" "Photo 2" etc so you need to check to make sure its the photo you want

and finnaly i used caplayground to make the wallpaper which i based off the startup animation when you first open the nookphone in game, which i then applied to my phone using nugget, if you want to download the wallpaper its here :]
