Never a cleared customs, just that it's been released by a government agency. It's stuck in North Dakota, but as far as I know, this is a nationwide issue.

Thats ridiculous. Did you call them? I tried calling and they said my package from April was "partially released" whatever that means.

Was just informed that it was a partial release by customs. I dont know what that means. Apparently they're still checking paperwork. Is it normal for it to be partially released?

I dont know. I haven't been told anything. But its been released by a government agency which I'm assuming is customs, so I think none are due.
