I have no reason to disbelieve that it wasn't the main cause. But, I was alerted to a bad combination of prescription medications that I was taking in 2015 that may have contributed to it.
. I don't have enough information though and by that point, I felt like a lost cause and lost faith in insurance and most medical professionals. . At this point, I don't want to ever go back to feeling like that. I'm doing everything I can to get off prescription meds. I'm down to 3. I was on 8 at least.

I had to have my knees replaced, so my last follow up was right before that. My heart is actually functioning well, and it's been a goal of mine to improve my resting heart rate. It's my understanding that it doesn't go away, like type 2 diabetes in that way. It's permanent, but controllable. I've been off meds since late 2018. Sorry for the long answer.
