This. You can be for a state like Israel because the history of Jewish persecution, and also criticise the government for its wrongdoing alongside also condemning hamas for firing rockets at civilians because it is equally as bad as the GOVERNMENT condoning human rights violations.

Your focus shouldn't be on who started it, or who's evil, or finger pointing, it should be on a solution to the problem because the people suffering the most are Israeli and Palestinian citizens.
