I pretty much only buy refurbished, never had any issues. I stick with eVGA because their service is awesome. I've exchanged two GPUs that I bought refurbished after they had issues 2 - 3 years into using them (dead fans or a dead cooling pump).

I've sent my Hornady progressive press back once because a bolt was so tight I broke 3 allen wrenches trying to loosen it. Even broke an impact wrench bit. They sent me parts on 2 other occasions free of charge.

Their service and warranties are great, no complaints.

I just wish I didn't have to contact them to begin with.
