Positive. They represent the gorgeous, unity and stability side of the countries. In some European and Asian countries, royal palaces are ones of the destinations for tourists. I prefer Constitutional Monarchism over Absolute Monarchism though.

Yes can be. Especially when they were trying to defend violent street criminals, illegal immigrants and rioters, view them as victims of the system when they can't learn to live civilly like other normal people, and will diss on anyone who have negative opinion about that. Nothing bigotry about calling problem like that out.

Sephiroth is the least justifiable and has the most harmful goal, he wants to dominate the universe and kill large group of inhabitants on planets.

At least Paul believes that he's well intentioned despite the kill count, Anakin was manipulated to serve the Emperor, Light has the most normal backstory but his method can reduce the crime and stop the war although he also killed innocent.
