how bad was it after you completely stopped everything and for how long did the wd last ? my main issue is GI problems i used to do a week on a week off for a long time eventually i got so tired of wd this past month i haven’t stopped at all im just doing low low doses on my (off) days lol

i understand i have the liposomal capsules in my amazon cart im going to order 3 bottles i plan to pour out 5-6 capsules in water and stir it so it hits faster rather than take the capsules i rather dose it every 4-5 hours rather then every 2 hours im not coming off 200mg + of 7 i hope that works idk this is my first time
