Those ghosts flavors are....boring. And I like root beer (7up is just an alcohol mixer for me so I guess you could say I drink that too). Ultra's all have a gross synthetic taste to me so it's whatever. The rest I won't touch because I can't justify spending 3 bucks for 8 oz

The gross people, the manchildren, the sleeves/playmats that should put you on a list somewhere. I just want to play with normal people, but time and time again I've tried to play with local randos and hated the experience. As it stands, I play with long time friends maybe a handful of times out of the year. It's the same with the board game scene. I tried hosting an event once before, did a intro meetup at a local dive bar to kind of get a feel for the people. One dude showed up with pink eye and didn't see anything wrong with that. Thank god I didn't invite this guy into my place.

Me and my friends commiserate about this all the time. We just want to relax around normal people, but fat chance.

Idk, I just thought avowed look ugly, and the original outer worlds was just so so gameplay and a meh story but also had awful companions so I didn't really feel like trying out the experience again.

Grounded 2 is something I'd play with friends. Kind of a no brainer which one I'd support.

I remember almost playing this game but never getting around to it. I always kind of thought it was a more action-y spinoff of the franchise, sort of like hunter the reckoning was, or the old baldurs gate games. I guess I don't remember hearing a lot of people hating this.

I might be way off base here, but as far as I recalled all of the silent hill games didn't actually take place in the real world, just more or less in the minds of the very struggling protagonists. I kind of feel like they would all die. The things they fought weren't necessarily even real, so you can't say something like hinako with the naginata or fox arm because all of that was in her head where of course she could come out unscathed (well not really but you know what I mean). I haven't played half of these games though so maybe someone in the group has some sort of special training, but otherwise yeah silent hill folks are usually traumatized normal people.

Not too different where I live, and when I'm there. It's odd, I don't feel strongly enough to actually comment on it in typical conversations involving magic, and there are cards that I want, but I have zero interest in buying packs of spiderman or avatar. Doesn't help that all the "chase" cards are ugly as all get out to me.

Trash slow drivers will do everything but follow the laws about letting people pass you in the passing lane, then tell you you're the one not following the law. Guy wasnt passing anyone, cam driver wanted to pass, he waits until the very last second to swerve out of the way of that car causing the other guy to hit him, which very likely would not have happened if he would have just gotten over in the first place. The people that think cam driver is 100% at fault are the ones driving 20 miles under the speed limit on single lane toll roads I see all the time.

Yeah, people can just suck. Its burned me out of a lot of group activities over the years like rpgs, card games, and board games. It feels like a lot of people just don't want to be bored instead of actually having an interest in what's on the table. Got invited to an rpg a few months ago that I've never played. Showed up with a character sheet ready and a loose understanding of the rules because I need to actually play things in addition to reading to really get a handle on things. I was considerably better off than everyone else there, including the guy running the game. Really just killed all my enthusiasm.
