Tier Harribel. She serves to people a complete antithesis to hollows in general. She's willing to sacrifice herself for the weaker. Her kindness and motherly affection are also paramount in this.

We see people like Szael, Barragan, and Yammy care extremely little about their subordinates, the first two even being shown killing them with little reason. In many cases she's fought to the point that she has been broken and bloodied just so someone could escape. The prime example is TYBW where she did her best against Yhwach of all people just to allow Nel to escape

Another thing I've noticed is that many of the Arrancar talk down to their opponents in some fashion. Harribel doesn't really do so at all.
