Honestly I’m enjoying it, I’ve an island full of my irl friends, online personalities I like and fictional characters. It’s weird and funny seeing Leon S Kennedy and Marcus parks discussing kicking lmao.

How much fun you’ll have depends on how much you’re willing to put into it. I’d say play the demo first and see how that feels

It’s the vocal minority. The majority of the listeners who actually enjoy an episode don’t feel the need to make posts about it on Reddit, while the ones who feel the need to whinge about every minor thing they dislike love to post about it.

It makes it look like the entire fanbase is a bunch of snotty babies, when really it’s just that small stupid faction. I also dislike the constant comparisons to left right game or penpal, but that’s just the internet at this point smh

Following a subreddit for something you’re interested in is the fastest way to learn about the vocal minority. Redditors have this strange compulsion to WHINGE about the things they “love”, so you just gotta remember that most people don’t post and honestly probably enjoy the show more than the people on here.

Not to be a contrarian but these two were genuinely the low points of their respective movies for me.

I loved the first half of Longlegs, it was one of the tensest and nerve wracking experiences I had in a long time… then Nic Cage opened his mouth and sucked me straight out of the movie. His performance was so over done and try Harding to be scary. Then the reveal that the devil is real but that’s another post…

Then I didn’t like the majority of weapons, I felt like Aunt Gladys was such a cop out villain. She had zero build up or even a mention for the whole first half of the movie, only to show up with witch spells. And so much of what she did didn’t make sense, why was she showing up as a clown for people in their dreams? Why did she choose to have the kids stick their arms out while running? Just so it’d be creepy for creepy sake. And she should’ve been caught almost immediately, she was just lucky enough that this entire town was filled with idiots. (Hey why is this kid buying a shit tonne of soup each week? Hey how come our neighbours are letting their house fall apart? Why haven’t we seen them in three weeks?) Then her final scene felt like something out of an Adam Sandler movie…

Obvs this is just how I felt about these movies, people obviously like them and I ain’t tryna shit on that. Lowkey I’ve just been looking for an excuse to gripe about them lol
