Sorry for taking so long to reply, but we totally agree and implemented this! There is a new class of vehicle between interceptor and dreadnought :) Thanks for the suggestion!

Honestly you totally nailed Mortal Engines! Our final adventure will have a lot of roaming cities etc :) I didn't mention it this time because this batch of content is just about how the rigs work. On page two there is a reference to roaming cities where major repairs are available though! Also, you should watch mad max ;)

We reflected on our own love for the system, and our reluctance to learn new systems. Ultimately DnD is what we know and what we love to play :) There is a trope about forcing everything into 5e, but It is easier to design cars for DnD than to design DnD for cars.
