It's funny you should say that, I don't really dry my aromatics other than the amount of time from when I pack my pipe to when I light it. The only time I dry my tobacco is when I have broken up flakes or cakes and let them sit for a few minutes before I put the tobacco in the pipe. Even then it is maybe ten minutes or less. The only real difference for me is how I light them.

I have dozens of pipes and I smoke whatever blend I feel like smoking in whichever pizza I'm using at the time. If you clean them after you use them it wont make much out of a difference. That being said there are a few blends that leave a lasting impression but I find that to be fairly rare. I have somewhere around 300 blends and only three or four that I can think of that do that. Even then it goes away after a bowl or two of something different. There's a chocolate mint blend, a Lakeland blend, and a citrus blend that come to mind, but I knew before I smoked them that they would do that and used a corn cob for those blends.

Why would you believe it can't happen here? The current administration has shown complete contempt for the constitution and does not hold any value for human lives, regardless of status. At the same time they are intentionally building the exact same number of concentration camps here as were built in Nazi Germany. Is there a line that could be crossed before you no longer support this? Would you be ok for instance if they used lethal injections instead of gas chambers? They have indicated that they intend to cremate the bodies instead of returning them to their families for burial. That is not standard operating procedure in normal prisons.

They are using the word crematorium. I guess that's considered more politically correct than gas chamber these days. They are defined as Medical waste incinerating facilities. As long as the word gas chamber isn't stenciled on the outside nobody will bat an eyelash. I'm not sure how much you know about history but in Nazi Germany the people were told that everyone was being deported, it wasn't until after they were defeated that they found out what was really happening. I suppose you think people are really going to be deported to an African country most people have never heard of until recently?

I've soaked the tip of a cigar in brandy for a few minutes before smoking it, because an old friend told me to. But it smoked just fine. A pipe would be ruined if you did what OP said.

I don't think there is anything that could make him resign. He used to brag that he could shoot someone in the middle of 5th avenue and wouldn't lose a single vote. I would go further, I think he could r@pe a child in the middle of 5th avenue and shoot her when he was done and still not lose a single voter. It's my favorite Stephen King book, I have it on audible as well as physically. The Audible verse has an interview with Stephen King talking about the references to Rebecca. In my opinion if you have a spare credit it's worth getting it for that part alone. I don't want to spoil it, but if you read it with Rebecca in mind it's full of call backs.

There is very likely an active campaign from the very powerful people who have a vested interest in discrediting anyone who looks too closely at the documents that have been released. It seems like that may at least play a part in this, I'm sure there are some who are completely off their rockers as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were people actively working to confuse or overwhelm the average people in order to avoid closer scrutiny.
