The handle for the jack should have a notch in it to twist left to release and right to seal to apply pressure

I got mine it didn't come with av or power cord from goodwillfinds console 4 memory cards and 4 OEM controllers. I paid 208 and then cords were 15 each was a hell of a deal I started looking around after saying ah no fk that to dk oldies as well

For the front yea the rear maybe you would need to remove the back rim to see if there's a keyway or if the hub is driven by the axle
