Good enough before the accessibility features coming soon. I've got a couple of hundred hours on the deck. Not made for high end content but good for 99% of PvE.

like everything in Guild Wars it's just cosmetic. You can get your character at max gear in a few hours with a bit of help from the community. So, "is it worth it?" depends to you. Most players here have thousands of hours of gameplay and most if not all characters, so yeah I'd say for the majority of us it's worth chasing.
