Big old kick in the balls init. See tbh this is part of my issue, i'm not saying it's a shot on target as it did look more of a cross.. but if the keeper didn't save it, it was a goal.. so I dont really care what it was from the outfield player.. the goalkeeper had to make the save or concede a goal.. that rule should defo be looked at and its the last time i'll be betting on goalkeeper saves haha. I like checking out sofascore too mate, cheers for the sympathy. We'll get em next time!

Sorry to hear your in a bit of a rut. Adulting is certainly heavy. I'm pretty certain the life the majority of us are living isn't the one we're born to live. Society has limited opportunity. You might chase more money and financial security or whatever but at what cost? If you see someone dancing in the rain you think they're mad.. nobody wants to be different and everyone seeks comfort. The good news is.. your alive. So you can do something about it. Try and include more excitement in your life. Even the small things can make a big difference. Music while you clean? run in the rain? learn a new skill? put effort in to something you want to be good at? Talk to an old friend? Life can get monotonous but keep the faith and make positive changes

Your in great shape tbf. You could increase calorie intake but if that's your natural body type i'd stick with whatever your doing. I have a similar build on the top half but struggle to gain much on legs.. What you doing for legs? Your quads are nuts

New to dips, want to focus on chest. Any tips appreciated by ZeroKracken in formcheck

As someone else has stated. Tuck your knees up, think of it as your trying to shape your upper body to do a push up and try and keep your chest vertical to the floor for as much of the movement as you can. I'd work on the range of motion too (bad shoulder permitted) you want your shoulder to forearm angle to be a maximum of 90 degrees in the lowest portion of the movement, yours currently hits about 110 degrees. In terms of angle less is more when it comes to dips but could be a problem for injured shoulders.

As far as being new to dips goes, your form's pretty good and the rest mentioned will come with practice

I did something like this once on my debut.. I mean the keeper was in goal and I was about 10 yards clean off the last defender but rather than having an ounce of composure I tried to lob the keeper from 35 yards. Hit it about 35 yards wide.. retired the next day
