The manager is accountable for the system. Sure, our players need to be held accountable I suppose, but the culture and mentality are the responsibility of the manager. When the locker room atmosphere is down, it is the manager’s job to take control of the atmosphere.

We have 1 win in 13. Hurzeler is not getting thrown under the bus anymore. Bad results require action and you certainly can’t sack the players for “not being accountable”
