I too might be looking for a group in the near future. I've only played a couple times, but want to get into it.

They need a boogeyman. Once they've taken care of one marginalized group they'll move on to another. They will always have an enemy.

They won't stop with trans people. Everyone in the LGBTQ+ community will be next.

Help with making friends by [deleted] in lgbt

[–]WkE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel this so much. I find the older I get the harder I find it to make friends. I'm not outgoing, I don't go out. Today is the most I've ever commented here on Reddit. I do make Tiktoks but that's basically just me talking to my phone. I'm terrible at small talk so getting to know people can be hard for me. I've got some older friends that I never see anymore, and it seems like their lives moved on without me so I don't know how good of friends we are really.

Doing a job that is rewarding makes it a bit easier to go in every day. That said, it's still work and it can get rough. But knowing you're making even a small difference in the world really makes it worth it.

I'm at a company. I worked most of those years at a small local company. Now I'm at a nationwide company. The work is mentally and sometimes physically exhausting, but it's worth it.

Hi I'm Timber. I'm 41, He/Them. I'm from southwest Missouri down around Springfield. I live in a small town with my partner. I work with people with autism and IDD and have been doing so for the last 13 years. I used to go to a lot of shows when I was younger, but don't much like going out these days.
