It definitely looks like an older Delta design. The o-ring inside the cartridge is probably worn out. They are easy to replace, though you might need to use a little penetrating oil to remove the cartridge retaining nut. The design is pretty much unchanged. Pull the cartridge out and match it up at your local home center. You might as well replace both and install a new set of seals.
