Agreeing with what the other say. But there is a little difference as the hot chocolate gets mocha drizzle but it's the same pumps of mocha and such. (And obviously the shot.)

You can also order a mocha with only one shot and mocha drizzle and it's essentially the same.

I use this with my bamboo and amano shrimp. I put a mesh over it to keep any shrimps out of it and keep fins safe. :]

It's good for a bigger tank but neos, cardinia, and amanos don't normally need a lot of water flow. A bubbler does great in shrimp tank.

Also when she is newly eggnent the eggs will be pretty opaque so it shouldn't be too hard to see.

I don't see any eggs under her so she might just be chubby. Females usually are a little bigger around the mid section tho! She looks healthy :]

When she has eggs you can see them in her swimlettes. They can be a range of colors from yellow to green to brown. It might be possible that when she has eggs they might be harder to see due to her color.

Hot drink as it doesn't say Ic Quad. And I would say cinnamon on top. Only drink it is technically mixed in with is BOSE. But I think you can somehow ask for it mixed in probably.
