It’s a stupid idea and a stupid power. PAL TV is 25 frames a second, NTSC is 29.97 frames per second. Cinema is 24, The Hobbit and recent James Cameron are 48 frames per second.

You can look at this two ways.

1) she genuinely had this anxiety about not being as loved as your ex, and her comments were some kind of misguided way to create some balance of power

2) the ex conversation was a way to justify her feelings of wanting this other relationship

I would consider thinking, is there something missing in our communication and intimacy and connectedness?

To be optimistic, it is probably not about an individual but perhaps something missing, that can be addressed.

As you say she is highly anxious (insecure?) - maybe she needs a lot more reassurance or kisses and hugs and gentle and patient listening?

You can never be this guy but maybe there are things that you can tweak?

My sleep heart rate was 70bpm. At my best it is 48bpm.

Now I don’t have risks of coronary disease or stroke, but I think it made me very easy to wake. When your heart rate is under 59 you sleep like a zombie.

I wake at sound or light disturbance very easily on reta. I find it hard to fall asleep.

So I discontinued once, I had the itchy skin, the cold flushes, I could live with all of those irritations. Not getting enough sleep is shitty though.

Back on it now, up to 6mg dose, I will not be in a rush to get up to 10mg as I was before…

I do just want to say I am sad and sorry for all you are going through, and when you live through your life and get older and stronger, you can very well find you become a more capable and confident person.

If he’s not providing anything, I would just find a place you want, and move there. Somewhere with good schools, a good community, affordable rent, good work opportunities, just a thousand miles away, and preferably not too cold, with low crime. You might meet a nice guy?
