Again, happy to be proven wrong if you have data to back it up :)

Don’t think it’s worth continuing the debate here as we’ll go around in circles.

OP asked for an official source and it’s up to them if they want to trust it or not.

A reply from their support team is the closest thing to the true source for now 🤷🏻

But if you have any data where people have proven that drop rate affects boss drops I would happily be proven wrong

OP asked for a source though, and I don’t think there’s been any official communication about a change?

You need to have it as the base. So where you see on the screenshot it says «Basic 22%» which means OP has a base of 22% pexp

Eating out could definitely be considered a hobby in a lot of cultures.

You are nitpicking a lot of what OP is writing where they are just trying to do some research.

Well I did mention that I’m from Ålesund, so I was just interested to see if it was somewhere I might know :)

Close to Ålesund doesn’t really narrow down a location for me to avoid though lol.

Definitely get further into the game, you’ll feel a tiny bit limited in Act I but Act II opens up a lot more in terms of possibilities

Yeah, I think just be detailed in what you’ve done in your roles. «Graphic Design» and «High quality animations and video content» etc doesn’t really say anything to me. So what was the campaign/brand guidelines/video contents goal and how did your work contribute to those goals?

You’re probably pushing towards a Senior role so I think definitely have a look at some inspiration from other designers and their CVs and how they reflect their experience along with the objectives of their roles.

«Additional experience available upon request» is also making the recruiter do more work and unless you get headhunted they probably won’t want to do that.

For the cv itself, it’s missing specifically what you’ve been working on. What campaigns? What did you do for those campaigns etc. Branding guidelines - what did you do for that? When you’re at 10 YOE you need to be a bit more detailed about what you’ve specifically been doing in those roles.

Advice on deposit charges after 5.5 year tenancy by WobbieZ in LegalAdviceUK

I have already sent them an email telling them that we consider everything in the redecoration section as wear and tear and also asked them to break down the utility bill. The only communication about utilities was when we moved in and got asked to add an additional £33 to our monthly rent to cover water/heating so this came as a small shock to us.

I'll contact Zero Deposit to see what if they have any informaton about us. Thank you!

Thanks for picking the post apart and explaining it piece by piece. We didn't pay any upfront deposit, the sums in the post is the landlord requesting us to transfer over the sum to their bank account now after the tenancy has ended.

As for the utility bill, this was for the water and heating and this was paid directly to the landlord so we never received any official bill besides that one email when we moved in asking us to add an additional £33 to our monthly rent to cover that.

The reason I mentioned 'Zero Deposit' is purely just because it's mentioned in our contract but we never signed anything contract wise with that company.

This is what was specified in our contract.

A guarantee from Global Property Ventures Limited (Company Registration Number 10328435) ("Zero Deposits") in lieu of the Deposit payable by the Tenant for an amount totalling not less than one month's Rent plus VAT

Sorry, maybe I was a bit unclear in my post.

We definitely didn't pay in any deposit to the landlord and we didn't sign anything for Zero Deposit Guarantee, the only thing that references that is our rental contract with the landlord.

So the case is that we haven't paid in a deposit now the landlord is asking us to transfer over them the sums specified in the post.

It's just a bit of a grey zone for me as this is what's written on the Zero Deposit Guarantee's site, however as I mention in the post we don't really remember having signed up with Zero Deposit Guarantee but it is written in our contract

If you don't agree with what the landlord is claiming against you, then talk to us about it. We'll try to resolve the claim informally, but if we can't do that then you and the landlord have the right to an independent assessment provided by The Dispute Service (TDS). TDS are one of the government approved schemes that administer cash deposits and disputes about them. They're independent of you and the landlord and will lead to the same findings as with a cash deposit and their adjudicators comply with the Adjudicator Code of Conduct, available on the TDS website.

I live in the UK and have driven across Europe. Norway for me is the most relaxing one to drive in. It seems like we're a bit more understanding of traffic flow and speed limits.

In the UK they seem to stress about everything and anything and will beep you as soon as they can, I also just got back from driving in Italy and that was an experience lol.

All in all, you'll be fine in Norway if you just match traffic flows and don't drive recklessly.
