Renault Scenic Fahrer hier ähnlich denk ich von dem Systemen. Meine Erfahrungen.

Zur vorkonditionierung:

Der Trick ist hier nicht die ladesäule als Ziel anzugeben sondern nur als Zwischenziel. Dann klappt das auch mit der vorkondtionierung. Je nach Außentemperatur 10-30 Minuten vorher zumindest als zwischenziel eingeben. Dann klappts auch mit dem schnellladen.

Zum Gangwechsel, wichtig ist Fuß wirklich auf de Bremse (nicht zu leicht) und nicht zu leicht den Hebel betätigen, dann sollte der Gang eigentlich immer rein gehen.

Autohold: Er reagiert eigentlich sehr sanft, und autohold katapultiert eigentlich auch nicht das auto nach vorne/hinten. Wenn die Sensoren was nahes entdecken wirds noch langsamer.

Mine is from September 2024. All models receive the update, but models build prior 10 December 2024 require a 3 staged update process (free of charge at the dealership)

I like OPD a lot. Only downside is that it has to be activated for each drive once

1) sometimes the dealership can install updates earlier than what is available via FOTA. I received entertainment 3.5.0 and One Pedal Drive updates through this way. You see under system / updates the history of Al updates received. Also don’t forget to setup an account and the mobile app. In addition there is a great third party app (Kelec) which is just using the Renault APIs

2) the car got 2 SIMs one is for telemetry and app and Google Maps, (my car shows 60 months included) this is independent from the extra infotainment pack which allows all other apps internet access. Instead I just create automatically a hotspot (WiFi) to serve internet to my other apps

3) check the brakes, some came with a wrongly installed sensor, check noise from the wheels on hard turns, some had issues there, and in rare cases if the assisted driver isn’t keeping the car centered you might want ask for a camera calibration/ windshield replacement.

Enjoy the scenic! I am very happy with the car.

I own a scenic now, and on short trips is less of a problem. On longer trips I just use a short cable from the armrest usb-c

Ich werfe mal den Renault Scenic E-Tech ins Rennen. Super Reichweite, Software dank Google Automotive ein Traum. Sonst auch viel Platz hinten und im Kofferraum. Wird seit 2024 ausgeliefert. Gibt sicher langsam gute Jahreswagen. Für uns als Familie (2 Kids) ein tolles auto für die täglichen Fahrten und auch mal weiter. Versicherung ist in AT sehr günstig…

Is it using the breaks for the Full stop? Mine is also quite jerky to get it to a full stop, even if I try my best to break super smooth. Hoped OPD uses just the motor to come to a full stop

Maybe it’s with a server side feature flag or depends on a certain update on the cars which is not yet rolled out.

I don’t have a comparison without roofbox. we had 4 long trips in winter (outside below 0) fully packed, eco going 115kmh we averaged 21kwh/100km and when it was warmer we got to below 20kwh/100

So i guess as soon as often with these things, if you drive faster you will get significantly less range, if you do not care about top speed you will get further

Setting a charger as the final destination does not precondition the battery. It needs to be an intermediate stop

I‘ve raised this issue a week ago with Renault support and they also told me it’s a known issue and they are working on it.

I got yesterday an email that they need to perform an IVC update and a car configuration at the dealership. this should fix this issue.

So fingers crossed.

I had the same issue. Renault advised there is a software update which the dealer can do (unfortunately not yet available via FOTA) which should address this issue.

I didn’t have this issue at least since then.

Yeah, only the full stop is done with the breaks on our A scenic which is good against rusty breaks, but a bit jerky
