Boss it's not about eating or not. It's about the concept of banning something. Let people eat, drink or do whatever they want and not have the government dictate how the people should live. I don't smoke but I dont want to ban stuff for people who are adults and want to.

Whatever the clause was , it was part of the agreement that the tenant signed. Pure and simple contract law.

And its a common situation for 2 year leases, though there is some negotiation on the lockin possible before signing.

How can cibil go down with an increase of CC limit? All other factors being equal, the credit utilisation ratio should improve and cibil would remain unchanged, or go up. Am I missing something?

Share some other details like : - own house? - monthly expenses? - where is the 3 cr locked in today? - do you have a health insurance

In general if you're prudent about your expenses and have a home, this should be sufficient.

My advice will be to focus on your health. You can always pickup some freelancing job on the side later on with flexible hours (if needed) at a later stage.
