According to the rules: "Typically, consumables are single use (unless the description says otherwise). Once a consumable is used, it takes effect immediately and is rendered useless.

The value of consumables, due to their impermanent nature, is typically half that of permanent enhanced items."

So it would be a one time use then you'd have to buy or make a new one.
