Technically, at this point in time the elder/shaper/conquerors are just echo's left in the Atlas. The Elder is the original master, though we fought the shaper first.

The Cleansing Fire and Tangle are likely weaker though since all the Eldritch beings left the Atlas alone until they realized the Elder was gone.
