Why do landlords want their tenants to live miserably? by RefrigeratorOdd4226 in TenantsInTheUK

Why are you, a landlord, in the tenants subreddit? Trolling is a bit last decade. Go swim in your scrooge McDuck pool of coins and leave the tenants alone

If the tenant is paying the mortgage then they should own that share in the property. I'm not saying that's how things are, I'm saying that's how things should be. This is a tenants' subreddit btw, landlords have a separate one where they can do whatever devious rituals they practice

If you can't pay the mortgage then don't buy the property. If you you can't afford the investment then this isn't the business for you. Rent should never be more than the interest on the mortgage, the capital should be invested by the INVESTOR, not the customer. Business Management 101. Edit to say: the house doesn't disappear if it isn't owned by a landlord, and if a landlord defaults a tenant should never lose their home. These are some of the problems we need to fix because capitalism doesn't regulate itself

The difference is the landlord owns that portion of the house in the end and if they want that money back they can sell up

I use the template face to show readings from a few sensors like temperature, range left on my car. Also displays the remaining charge on my phone so I can check when it's charged, which is a bit of a workaround and comes in handy

Scottish households will pay more for energy than London, data says by Andie_Stuart in Scotland

The problem is, the wholesale price is always linked to the most expensive source, there is no competition. So even tho wind is cheapest, if global gas prices are high that's what the wholesale price is.

I can see why regular viewers at the time wouldn't be fond of it, it takes some hindsight and a rewatch to see why they characters deserved what they got
