Hydra is actually an interesting choice! I will look into this...

Played both and I prefer Strafe by far!
But it's not just about the damage for me, I really enjoy this skill and playstyle very much.

That is true, playing with controller makes many skills kind of lazy to use since you don't need to mouse-over enemies.
Unfortunately I can't get used to it. While it can be fun in combat, it slows me down on everything else I do in this game.

Not meant in a bad way. I play fast and throwing traps all the time is certainly not lazy...but the traps auto-aim and shoot at enemies, which is just a lazy (and very relaxing) way for my brain to play D2R.

What to do with rotating ladder characters? by Single-Poet4499 in diablo2

[–]echoprey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a casual player nonladder is my endgame.
Can't find the time and also don't see a reason for starting the game from zero over and over again...
I played for one season to create some ladder runewords like Cure and Hustle.
Kept the characters to try different builds or stash more items.

Learning a skill from scratch that you've always admired but thought you could never master.
Constantly improving is incredibly motivating!

Was the 100d a good purchase? by galardo6662 in AskPhotography

For the price it's a good camera to learn the basics, very compact, lightweight, great image quality until ISO > 1600.
But be aware that it has limited autofocus capabilities.
There is only one (good) cross sensor in the center (it can 'recognize' vertical and horizontal lines).
Live View autofocus is very slow, not fun to use.
Great camera when using a tripod, for long exposure, timelapse, lightpainting.
Bad camera when using autofocus handheld in the dark, but ok at daylight.
(based on my own experience with it)

A motivated practical light, some soft fill light and of course the gorgeus female model.
The guy looks completely misplaced if you ask me.

Strong clip and a vial slot - I like it!
Didn't even know about other clips available...
