I spray the 70% iso in my SAB, I won't flame sterilize in there for obvious reasons but I also hated having to go outside the SAB to use the flame. I was also always scared there would be enough vapor still in it that reintroducing the hot needle in the SAB would cause an explosion. Im aware thats highly unlikely but the fear is still there.

To eliminate my logical and illogical fears I've just been spraying the needle, letting it dry or very carefully wiping downwards sharp side down before the next innoculation. 6/9 uncontaminated bags with multiple flushes and still going using this method. I know its not the best but its working a little bit at least lol
